1942 Walter Lampl Sterling Marine Corps ID Sweetheart Bracelet & Photo Locket
This wonderful patriotic piece dates to World War II and was worn by the sweetheart of a U.S. Marine. The front is engraved with the initials D.D.M. and the date '42. The back has a double window where pictures can be placed under a celluloid "crystal" for protection. Two of these original plastic cover slips are included. Marked WL in a shield and STERLING. The old-style "lobster claw" catch holds well.
Measures 7-1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
Excellent vintage condition. Normal patina of vintage silver has been left undisturbed.
